萬物梁行“抗疫”經驗 為全球70多個國家提供復工復產中國方案

美國芝加哥當地時間4月8日,享譽全球的的房地產服務和咨詢顧問公司Cushman & Wakefield(C&W)宣布,已成立復工專項行動組(Recovery Readiness Task Force,RRTF),將領導其分布全球70多個國家的子公司做好新冠肺炎(COVID—19)疫情后的復工及返崗準備。

C&W公司表示,復工相關防控方案主要借鑒中國經驗,其在中國與萬科物業成立的合資公司有著完整的實踐經驗,在大中華區管理超過1000個商寫項目,擁有近兩萬名員工。

在中國爆發疫情期間,該合資公司落實了一系列復工標準動作、復工標準配置和復工前對客溝通措施,為超過10000家企業、近100萬員工的安全復工提供專業服務。

據悉,該合資公司簡稱為萬物梁行,于2020年1月6日正式成立,主營為商業物業及設施管理等服務。合資方萬科物業是中國物業服務領域的領跑者,截至2020年1月底,在中國94個城市提供住宅和商業服務項目。

China’s experience provides Chinese Approach for the countries worldwide to fight against the pandemic

Chicago, April 8, 2020- Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), a global leading real estate services and consultation firm, announced that it had established the Recovery Readiness Task Force (RRTF) to lead more than 70 subsidiaries around the world to prepare for post-COVID-19 recovery and the eventual return to the workplaces.

According to C&W, the work resumption-related epidemic prevention and control solutions are mainly based on Chinese experiences. The joint venture, which was established by C&W and Vanke Service, manages over 1,000 office building projects and has about 20,000 employees in Greater China region.

During the outbreak of COVID-19 in China, the joint venture implemented a series of standard measures, arrangement and communication with clients before returning to the workplace, having provide professional services for more than 10,000 business and offered full support for nearly 1 million employees.  

It’s reported that the Joint Venture was officially founded in January 6, 2020, mainly operating commercial real estate and facility management. The joint venture’s partner Vanke Service is a pioneer in the field of property management in China. As of the end of January, 2020, it has offered residential and commercial property services in 94 cities in China.
